Backplate Specifications: Backplates are made from 1/4” thick material. For 1” diameter rods and larger the backplates are 1 1/2” x 4”. For rods under 1” diameter, backplates are 1 1/4” x 3 1/2”. Backplates are drilled and countersunk for #10 flat head screws (screws not included).
How Vanish Brackets Work
Every Vanish Bracket consists of two precision-fabricated components: the bracket body, which mounts to the wall using countersunk #10 flat head screws, and the magnetic cover plate, which snaps cleanly into position over the bracket face — hiding the mounting screws behind a seamless, flush surface that is indistinguishable from the bracket body itself.
No tools, no clips, no visible fasteners. The magnetic cover plate simply aligns and locks, giving the finished installation a clean, hardware-free appearance that elevates the entire window treatment.
Backplates are fabricated from 1/4″ thick material throughout the line. For rods 1″ in diameter and larger, backplates measure 1½” x 4″. For rods under 1″ in diameter, backplates measure 1¼” x 3½”.
All backplates are drilled and countersunk for #10 flat head screws — screws are not included. As with all Morgik hardware, projections are customized to your exact specifications.
